  • Micromagnetic and Monte Carlo simulations of magnetization dynamics of nanomagnet systems.
  • Theoretical modelling of phonon lifetime in bulk semiconductors, thin films and heterostructures.
  • Thermal conductivity and thermoelectric properties of high thermal conductivity materials, superlattices, nanowires, and carbon nanotube.
